Getting ready for spring... bring on the warm weather

Have been real busy in the workshop the last couple of weeks, have been putting supers and frames together, also putting in foundation... Have made up around 200 extra supers for this year. Was able to make up another 30 Nuc boxes from scrape lumber and old hive bodies.

Was wanting to try a first round of queen grafts that last of March, but that may be on hold unless we get some warmer weather.

Waiting to see how the colonies have done with the cold and snow... should be in the 50's later this week, so will be checking the winter yards, most likely will be walking in from road, as the pastures will be pretty muddy... like the moisture hope it will help with the honey flow in June.
